This will be the only UK show that one of the world’s biggest and best rock bands will play this summer apart from a headline appearance at Finsbury Park in London in June.

The band, who were formed in Palm Desert in California’s Coachella Valley, come to Eden off the back of the release of their acclaimed seventh studio album Villains, which came out last summer (2017). The record was their first to hit the top of the UK album charts and features the tracks Feet Don’t Fail Me, The Way You Used to Do and The Evil Has Landed. Villains was produced by Mark Ronson and was nominated in the Best Rock Album category at this year’s Grammys.

Queens of the Stone Age are considered one of the top live bands in the world and have previously been named Best Live Band at the NME Awards and Best Live Act at the Q Awards.

The band are Josh Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Dean Fertita, Michael Shuman and Jon Theodore. The band have boasted a fluid line-up since their inception in 1996, with Homme the only member to be in the band since the beginning.

Los Angeles rock band CRX is a side-project of The Strokes guitarist Nick Valensi. They released their debut album, New Skin, which was produced by QOTSA frontman Josh Homme, in 2016.
