Eden Sessions Terms and Conditions 2019

Eden Sessions Terms and Conditions 2019

Purchasing tickets

The use of tickets, whether by you or any other person, and the purchase of tickets from this site, are governed by these terms and conditions.

Eden Box Office tickets each have a unique barcode on them which will be scanned when you arrive at the ticketing desks in the Visitor Centre.

If the barcode on your ticket has already been scanned you will not be admitted.

Make sure you keep your tickets in a safe place as you would do for cash, and protect them as you would any other tickets.

If tickets are duplicated and more than one copy is shown at ticketing, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.

The management cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, refunded or returned other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions.

Cancellation rights and refunds

You should always check that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. Eden cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any Event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation.

If Eden cancels an Event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, show time or headline act, Eden will try to inform you. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, Eden will give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an Event is cancelled by Eden you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the booking fee and/or any transaction fees are not refundable in these circumstances.

If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, in most cases you must return any tickets you have. You must follow any refund instructions otherwise you may not receive a refund. If these require you to return the tickets, do so promptly and within the timeframe communicated to you. Tickets should be returned (with copy of the email or letter entitling you to a refund, or a covering note containing your order reference number and contact information) to the specified address by registered post (or an equivalent secure postal method). Please note that the return postage cost is non-refundable.

Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the Event or the date that we receive your returned tickets, whichever is later.

No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

Eden reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse any ticket (without refund to the ticket holder or any other person) which it reasonably believes has been purchased from an unauthorised third party seller.

Children attending Sessions events:

Please check the age restriction for each Event on the Eden Sessions website.

All children attending eligible Events will require a ticket to be purchased for them if they are over 12 months old. Dogs are not permitted to the Eden Sessions, except for assistance dogs.

For access information please contact us before booking your tickets.  If you require access to the wheelchair viewing platform you will need to purchase a Wheelchair Platform ticket not an Arena ticket. Each Wheelchair Platform ticket also includes one personal assistant/companion on the platform, all other group members must go in the Arena. Once you have booked your Wheelchair Platform ticket for the Event, you will be contacted by the Eden Box Office to request proof of disability to be sent to confirm eligibility for a Wheelchair Platform ticket.

Plane tree steps viewing positions are available for those who may be more vulnerable. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis on the night. We reserve the right to restrict the number of guests accompanying people in this area, in order to accommodate the people who need the area.  Note this area has restricted viewing

It is your responsibility to inform Eden of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our method of contact if you book online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.

Eden cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, Eden will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details or by post. The prices for tickets displayed for sale on this site include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Neither Eden nor any of its directors, employees or agents will be liable for any damage or loss to your personal property that you otherwise incur as a result of an Event.
