These terms and conditions
The purchase of a Ticket from this website and the use of a Ticket, whether by you or any other person, are governed by these terms and conditions.
Our contract with you
Eden cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, Eden’s acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between you and us.
Eden reserve the right not to supply you at its discretion, in which event any sums you have paid will be refunded.
Once your order has been accepted, a Ticket cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, refunded or returned other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions.
Delivery and transaction costs
The prices of Tickets displayed for sale on this website:
- include VAT at the appropriate rate; but
- exclude any delivery or transaction costs (such as booking fees), which will be displayed to you on our website.
Make sure you keep your tickets in a safe place as you would do for cash, and protect them as you would any other tickets.
Eden cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Cancellation rights and refunds
You should always check that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. Eden cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any Event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or services or other compensation.
If Eden cancels an Event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, show time or headline act, Eden will make reasonable efforts to inform you. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, Eden will give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an Event is cancelled by Eden you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the booking fee and/or any transaction fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, you must return any Ticket you have unless notified otherwise in writing by Eden. You must follow any refund instructions notified to you by Eden or you may not receive a refund. If these instructions require you to return a Ticket, you must do so promptly and within the timeframe communicated to you. Tickets should be returned (with copy of the email or letter entitling you to a refund, or a covering note containing your order reference number and contact information) to the specified address by registered post (or an equivalent secure postal method). Please note that the return postage cost is non-refundable.
Eden will make reasonable attempts to pay any refund given using the same method you used to purchase the Ticket and within 30 days of the original date of the Event or the date that we received your Ticket (whichever is later).
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Eden reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse any Ticket (without refund to you or any other person) which it reasonably believes has been purchased from an unauthorised third party seller.
Attending an Event
Each Ticket has a unique barcode which will be scanned when you arrive at a ticketing desk on Site. If the barcode on your Ticket has already been scanned you will not be admitted to the Event. If a Ticket is duplicated and more than one copy is shown at the ticketing desks, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the Ticket has already been scanned.
A Ticket allows the holder to visit the Site on the day of the Event and the day after the Event.
All Events are open air and there are no seats available.
Last admission to an Event is 9.30pm.
The following are not permitted at an Event:
- alcohol (other than that sold at the Event by Eden or its licencees);
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, flares, laser pens, or any other item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives);
- glass bottles, glass containers, cans;
- illegal substances;
- cameras capable of taking professional quality images;
- chairs (including folding chairs, inflatable chairs or stick chairs that don’t have a rubber foot);
- prams, pushchairs or children’s buggies; or
- items which artists performing at an Event or their management have asked us to prohibit.
Any liquid containers that are open (i.e. no longer sealed) will be emptied. Reusable, empty water bottles are permitted (which you are able to fill at our free water stations around site).
Eden reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which, in its or its representatives’ reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the Event (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes) or is one of the items not permitted as listed above.
Eden reserves the right to eject or refuse admission and refunds will not be given to anyone ejected or refused entry:
- for refusing to leave an item not permitted on site;
- for refusing to be searched;
- who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and/or
- in our reasonable opinion, whose behavior would affect the enjoyment of others or the running of the event or lead to a breach of any licensing conditions applicable at Eden.
The obstruction of access-ways, exits or entrances or congregating in non-designated areas is strictly forbidden.
Ticket holders shall not bring into the venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.
Performance times vary so please check our website before arrival. Please note we occasionally have to make changes to on-stage times for artists on the day of the Event.
Audiences will be subjected to continuous high sound levels and strobe lighting may be used.
Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without permission are prohibited.
CCTV and film cameras may be present. This includes filming by security staff carried out for the purposes of providing the safety of visitors, and filming and/or photography of the Event by the Eden or the artists. By attending an Event, Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. Eden may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
Park and ride buses only operate to the top car parks (Cherry, Melon, Mango and Lemon) on Event nights. Land Train and buggy assistance is not available on the Site after 6pm. Park and Ride buses continue throughout the evening.
Arena Bar ticketholders will enjoy complimentary drinks within the ticket package purchase. This will include cider, beer, wines and spirits. These drinks are strictly for the ticketholder and a maximum of two drinks will be served per ticketholder, per visit to the bar. The staff reserve the right to stop serving ticketholders if it is believed an abuse of these terms and conditions is taking place. Shots, straight spirits and cocktails are strictly not included in this ticket type. Complimentary drinks are available from the Paddock Bar only. The ticketholders will not be served at any other of the bars on a complimentary basis.
Children attending an Event
Please check the age restriction for each Event on the Eden Sessions website.
All children attending eligible Events will require a Ticket if they are over 12 months old.
Children under 12 months are admitted free of charge but only if carried in their parents’ arms or in a sling and will not be admitted into the Arena. NB: we do not allow prams and pushchairs on site from 6pm onwards.
Under 16s must be accompanied at all times at an Event by an adult aged 18 or over on a ratio of two adults per child and we recommend that children attending are aged 12 or over.
Dogs are not permitted to any Event, except for assistance dogs.
For access information please contact us before purchasing a Ticket. If you require access to the wheelchair viewing platform you will need to purchase a Wheelchair Platform Ticket (not an Arena Ticket).
Each Wheelchair Platform Ticket also includes admission for one assistant/companion on the platform. All other members of your group must purchase a Ticket for the Arena and unfortunately (due to capacity limitations) will not be able to accompany you on the platform.
Once you have purchased your Wheelchair Platform Ticket, you will be contacted by Eden to request proof of disability to be sent to confirm eligibility for a Wheelchair Platform Ticket.
Viewing positions are available for those who may be more vulnerable. These are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis on the night. We reserve the right to restrict the number of guests accompanying people in this area, in order to accommodate the people who need the area. Note that this area has restricted viewing.
You are advised to check your purchase details upon receipt. It is your responsibility to inform Eden of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your Ticket. Please note that our method of contact if you book online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current valid email address.
Neither Eden nor any of its directors, employees or agents will be liable for any damage or loss to your personal property that you otherwise incur as a result of an Event.
Eden does not seek to exclude its liability to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions are not affected and will remain in force.
The purchase by you of a Ticket and these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between you and us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
