Eden Sessions June/July 2021 to be rescheduled

The Eden Sessions series of concerts planned for June and July of this year (2021) will not take place, the Eden Project announced today.

Regrettably the uncertainties around staging the series due to the impacts of the pandemic and restrictions on outdoor audiences mean that the summer Sessions have had to be postponed.

We are working to reschedule the shows. When new dates are confirmed, the Eden Project will contact existing ticket-purchasers with details. Original tickets will remain valid for any show that is rescheduled.

We share the disappointment of ticket-purchasers but we are sure you will understand why the Sessions cannot go ahead this summer.

We send our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding so far and while we work to reschedule the concerts.

Frequently asked questions

1. Will all of the same artists be re-booked?

We are working closely with the artists’ representatives on revised show dates for the Eden Sessions. We will advise ticket purchasers on a show by show basis as soon as we have this information confirmed. If we are unable to reschedule a concert, we will give an automatic refund to existing ticket purchasers in line with the Eden Sessions terms and conditions.

2. When will I know the re-scheduled dates?

We will contact existing ticket-purchasers by email with the new dates on a show by show basis as soon as we have this information confirmed.

3. Will my 2021 tickets be valid for the re-scheduled dates?


4. What if my show is not rescheduled?

In the event that an artist is unable to reschedule, we will give an automatic refund to existing ticket purchasers in line with the Eden Sessions terms and conditions.

We are working hard to process all enquiries, but please note that whilst we will work to process refunds as quickly as possible, during this challenging time it could take us up to 60 days to complete refunds. Please bear with us, and thank you for your patience.

5. If I can’t make the rescheduled date, can I get a refund?

We are working closely with the artists’ representatives to reschedule the Sessions concerts. We will advise ticket purchasers of the revised dates as soon as we can, and your ticket/Sessions Plus package will be valid for the rescheduled date or you can request a refund at that time.

  • For the Lionel Richie show:
    This Session has now been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday 14 June 2022, and all original tickets and Sessions Plus packages will remain valid for this new date. However, if you are unable to attend the show on this rescheduled date and you would like to request a refund, please do so by midnight on Friday 23 April 2021, by completing the form request here.

6. I’ve booked my travel and accommodation for the 2021 Eden Sessions – will this be refunded?

Eden Sessions terms and conditions state that we are not able to refund or reimburse any costs ticketholders may have incurred for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation. You will need to contact the accommodation and/or travel provider directly for their terms and conditions for refunds.

7. I bought my tickets through a third party website – what do I do?

The only authorised way to purchase Eden Sessions tickets is directly through our own booking system, linked to via our website: www.edensessions.com

If you have bought tickets through an unauthorised third party, you will have to contact them directly in relation to any issues with your tickets

8. Will my 2020 Inside Track be valid for revised shows?

All Inside Track passes purchased for the 2020 summer Sessions (and subsequently rolled over to the 2021 summer Sessions) will remain valid for new concerts in the next Eden Sessions series. Inside Track holders will be contacted directly to confirm details.

9. I’ve booked a Sessions Plus Ultimate Package, Sessions Plus Experience Package or Arena Bar package for the 2021 Eden Sessions – will the same packages be available for rescheduled shows?

Yes, the Sessions Plus Ultimate, Sessions Plus Experience and Arena Bar packages will remain the same for the rescheduled Eden Sessions, and existing tickets for these packages will remain valid.

10. Can I/when can I buy a ticket for the rescheduled shows if I’m not already a ticket holder?

All Eden Sessions (except the Lionel Richie Session) are currently off sale whilst we work through the rescheduling of the June/July 2021 shows. Once we announce a rescheduled event date for each artist, ticket sales will re-open for the rescheduled show.
