COVID information

For the Eden Sessions in May/June/July 2022 no COVID status checks will be required for entry.

This is in accordance with the current advice and guidance from UK and local Government, and will be continually reviewed. Should guidance change, we will contact ticket purchasers directly with an update. We recommend that everyone coming to an Eden Session takes a lateral flow test on the day of the concert.

Your health and safety continues to be our top priority.

Here’s our commitment to you:

  • Eden team members (unless exempt) are being advised to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces.
  • We have signage in place recommending that our visitors wear face coverings in our buildings.
  • We’re keeping queuing outside as much as possible.
  • We use ventilation to assist in moving fresh air around our buildings.
  • We are contactless and cashless.

It’s up to you to help keep us safe too:

  • All visitors are recommended to wear a face covering in appropriate indoor areas and on public transport, as indicated by signage on site.

Are your staff being tested/having to prove their COVID status?

We are recommending that staff complete a lateral flow test on the day of any Session they are working.  We have supported the vaccination programme since introduction and encouraged our employees to take this up at all age levels. We have allowed people to have these in work time without losing pay to support the take up of the vaccination.

Are the bands and their entourages/crew being tested/asked to prove their COVID status?

There will be a requirement for all persons entering the Sessions production or artist areas and backstage (including artists, crews and guests, production staff etc.) to be fully vaccinated or to take a lateral flow test before entry to secured areas.
