We have now rescheduled the following shows to take place in 2022: My Chemical Romance (17 May 2022), Diana Ross (21 June 2022) and Bryan Adams (29 June 2022). We have contacted existing ticket purchasers with details. Original tickets will remain valid for any show that is rescheduled.
The Lionel Richie show due to take place on 14 June 2022 has been cancelled. All tickets and packages for the show will be automatically refunded. Please note that refunds have now been paid directly to the ticket purchaser and against the original payment card. You will have received an email confirmation at the time the refund was processed.
If your payment account is no longer active, please contact the Box Office by emailing boxoffice@edenproject.com with the subject line: “Lionel Richie refund” and quote your booking reference. 1. Will my 2020/2021 tickets be valid for the re-scheduled dates?
Yes, if you hold tickets for the following shows:
- My Chemical Romance (rescheduled for 17 May 2022)
- Diana Ross (rescheduled for 21 June 2022)
- Bryan Adams (rescheduled for 29 June 2022)
If you hold tickets or Sessions Plus packages for the cancelled Lionel Richie show on 14 June 2022, they will be automatically refunded.
2. If I can’t make the rescheduled date, can I get a refund?
(a) For the My Chemical Romance show:
This Session has now been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday 17 May 2022, and all original tickets and Sessions Plus packages will remain valid for this new date. The deadline to request refunds passed at midnight on Friday 14 May 2021.
(b) For the Diana Ross show:
This Session has now been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday 21 June 2022, and all original tickets and Sessions Plus packages will remain valid for this new date. The deadline to request refunds passed at midnight on Tuesday 7 December 2021.
(c) For the Bryan Adams show:
This Session has now been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday 29 June 2022, and all original tickets and Sessions Plus packages will remain valid for this new date. The deadline to request refunds passed at midnight on Thursday 24 June 2021.
(d) For the Lionel Richie show:
This Session had been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday 14 June 2022 but has now been cancelled. All tickets and packages will be automatically refunded. All refunds have now been processed
3. I’ve booked my travel and accommodation for an Eden Session and I can no longer attend due to the show being rescheduled/cancelled – will this be refunded?
Eden Sessions terms and conditions state that we are not able to refund or reimburse any costs ticketholders may have incurred for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation. You will need to contact the accommodation and/or travel provider directly for their terms and conditions for refunds.
4. Will the Lionel Richie Eden Session be rescheduled for another date?
The Lionel Richie Eden Session, due to take place on 14 June 2022, has been cancelled. There are no plans to reschedule the show at this time.
5. I bought my Eden Sessions tickets through a third-party website – what do I do?
The only authorised way to purchase Eden Sessions tickets is directly through our own booking system, linked to via our website: www.edensessions.com
If you have bought tickets through an unauthorised third party, you will have to contact them directly in relation to any issues with your tickets
6. I’ve booked a Session Plus Ultimate Package, Sessions Plus Experience Package or Arena Bar package for the 2022 Eden Sessions and the show has now been rescheduled – will the same packages be available?
Yes, the Sessions Plus Ultimate, Sessions Plus Experience and Arena Bar packages will remain the same for the following rescheduled Eden Sessions, and existing tickets for these packages will remain valid:
- My Chemical Romance (rescheduled for 17 May 2022)
- Diana Ross (rescheduled for 21 June 2022)
- Bryan Adams (rescheduled for 29 June 2022)
7. Can I/when can I buy a ticket for the rescheduled shows if I’m not already a ticket holder?
We do have a limited number of tickets available for some of the rescheduled shows – please check the relevant artist's page on this website to buy tickets.
8. How might the Session I’m attending be affected by Covid-19?
Please note that there may be additional measures in place to ensure the safety of staff and guests in relation to Covid-19, which may vary according to health and safety and government advice at the time of the event (and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused entry and/or ejected from the event). Ticket purchasers will be contacted directly in advance if there are any changes to the Eden Sessions concert schedule or any additional measures they need to be aware of.
