These terms and conditions
The purchase of a Ticket from this website and the use of a Ticket, whether by you or any other person, are governed by these terms and conditions.
Our contract with you
Eden cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, Eden’s acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between you and us.
Eden reserve the right not to supply you at its discretion, in which event any sums you have paid will be refunded.
Once your order has been accepted, a Ticket cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, refunded or returned other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions.
Delivery and transaction costs
The prices of Tickets displayed for sale on this website:
- include VAT at the appropriate rate; but
- exclude any delivery or transaction costs (such as booking fees), which will be displayed to you on our website.
Purchasing tickets
Make sure you keep your tickets in a safe place as you would do for cash, and protect them as you would any other tickets.
Eden cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Cancellation rights and refunds
If Eden cancels an Event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, show time or headline act, Eden will make reasonable efforts to inform you. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, Eden will give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an Event is cancelled by Eden you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the booking fee and/or any transaction fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
Note that an event or events beyond Eden’s reasonable control may require us to cancel and/or postpone this event. Events beyond our reasonable control could include but are not limited to: an earthquake, flood, snow, storms, fire, typhoon and other natural disasters, acts of God, war, revolution, armed conflict, terrorist attack, a spreading infection, epidemic, pandemic or any other disease.
If such an event occurs and we are unable to proceed with the event that you have purchased tickets for, we will notify you as soon as practically possible.
We will try and re-arrange the event for another date. If the event is rescheduled and the date is not suitable for you or we are unable to reschedule the event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
You should always check that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. Eden cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any Event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or services or other compensation.
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, you must return any Ticket you have unless notified otherwise in writing by Eden. You must follow any refund instructions notified to you by Eden or you may not receive a refund. If these instructions require you to return a Ticket, you must do so promptly and within the timeframe communicated to you. Tickets should be returned (with copy of the email or letter entitling you to a refund, or a covering note containing your order reference number and contact information) to the specified address by registered post (or an equivalent secure postal method). Please note that the return postage cost is non-refundable.
Eden will make reasonable attempts to pay any refund given using the same method you used to purchase the Ticket and within 30 days of the original date of the Event or the date that we received your Ticket (whichever is later).
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Eden reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse any Ticket (without refund to you or any other person) which it reasonably believes has been purchased from an unauthorised third party seller.

Sessions Plus Packages
Sessions Plus Experience, Ultimate and Med dining packages will be communicated to four weeks in advance of the Event with information regarding dietary requirements and timings for the package in which tickets have been purchased. Failure to arrive in accordance with the timings will result in forfeiting the package element.
For Sessions Plus packages or upgrades that allow access to the Sessions Plus Viewing Platform, all children attending must be 12 years or over.
Sessions Plus Garden Bar ticketholders will enjoy complimentary drinks within the ticket package purchase. This will include cider, beer, wines and spirits. Children attending an Event
Please check the age restriction for each Event on the Eden Sessions website.
All children attending eligible Events will require a Ticket if they are over 12 months old.
Children under 12 months are admitted free of charge but only if carried in their parents’ arms or in a sling and will not be admitted into the Arena. NB: we do not allow prams and pushchairs on site from 6pm onwards.
Under 16s must be accompanied at all times at an Event by an adult aged 18 or over on a ratio of one adult to two children and we recommend that children attending are aged 12 or over.
For Sessions Plus packages or upgrades that allow access to the Sessions Plus Viewing Platform, all children attending must be 12 years or over.
Sessions Plus Garden Bar tickets are for those 18 years and over.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted to any Event, except for registered assistance dogs.
Accessibility
For access information please contact us before purchasing a Ticket. If you require access to the Accessible Viewing Platform, you will need to purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket (AVP) not an Arena Ticket.
Each Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket also includes admission for one personal assistant (PA) on the platform. If there is a need for more than 1 x PA this must be agreed in advance with The Eden Team.
Although we recognise the support provided by young carers, we must be confident that a PA could assist effectively in the event of an emergency so PAs need to be 18 years of age or over.
All other members of your group must purchase a Ticket for the Arena and unfortunately (due to capacity limitations) will not be able to accompany you on the platform.
When purchasing your Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket, you will be requested to complete an accessibility form as part of the booking process.
Please note that for the comfort/safety of other users the AVP is a non-smoking/ vaping area, there is an area close by where smoking/vaping is acceptable.
In addition, viewing positions are available for those who may be more vulnerable on the Relaxed Viewing area. These are limited, a percentage are available to book and the rest are allocated on a first come, first served basis on the night. We reserve the right to restrict the number of guests accompanying people in this area, in order to accommodate the people who need the area. Note that this area has restricted viewing.
