About Ben Howard

Bringing along his trademark folk sound, the singer-songwriter will treat audiences to hits from his acclaimed collection of five studio albums, which have seen him earn global success and build a dedicated fanbase.

Comprising five unique musical chapters, Ben’s back catalogue undulates from the upbeat to more meditational, left-field tunes, all featuring his intricate guitar work and an intimate folk sound.

Ben’s fourth studio album, Collections from the Whiteout (2021), was produced by The National and Big Red Machine’s Aaron Dessner. The release saw him return to his South West roots for an intimate performance at Cornwall’s Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station, which was live streamed across the world.

Following a decade of captivating live performances, chart-topping albums, two BRIT awards and a slot on the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage, Ben released his fifth studio album, Is It?, in 2023. The personal record was informed by the musician’s recent experience of suffering two mini-strokes, leaving him with temporarily impacted memory and speech.

About This Is The Kit

This Is The Kit is the group led by Paris-based Ivor Novello nominated bandleader Kate Stables, their distinctive sound is filled with richly layered swirling melodies, brass flourishes and clearly distilled, airy-light vocals that softly weave remarkable stories while unpicking knotted feelings.

Previous album Careful of Your Keepers was produced by Gruff Rhys (Super Furry Animals). The album’s propulsive yet introspective lead single 'Inside Outside' finds Stables as magnetic as ever, joined once again by her stalwart band of Rozi Plain(bass/vocals), Neil Smith (guitar), and Jamie Whitby-Coles (drums), and accented by a cascading horn quartet arrangement by Jesse Vernon.

Clara Mann

About Clara Mann

Following the release of her critically acclaimed debut album Rift and her sold out debut headline tour, Clara Mann joins us this summer at the Eden Sessions. Influenced by artists like Jacques Brel, Judee Sill, and Tom Waits, Mann has a deep love and care for songwriting.

Her approach to songwriting is not one of purging emotions but rather of composting them—digesting life’s experiences and cultivating them into something meaningful, tangible, hopeful.
