Terms and conditions: Eden Sessions x St Austell Brewery competition

By entering the competition you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

Sessions Plus Experience: Viewing Platform ticket package for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds T&C's:

  • This prize includes two Sessions Plus Experience: Viewing Platform ticket packages to Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on Wednesday 15 June 2022. Full details about this gig can be found here: https://www.edensessions.com/line-up/noel-gallaghers-high-flying-birds. Please note that the Viewing Platform is outdoors with no covered space and is standing only. None of our Sessions Plus packages offer early access to the Arena.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • This competition is open to UK residents only and you must be over 18 years old to enter.
  • The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen winner will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected.
  • No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website.
  • The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The competition is not open to employees of St Austell Brewery, The Eden Project & their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
  • The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
